2)      Dimensions Services is an IRS e-file authorized Tax Preparation Company that provides fast high quality tax preparation to hard working families.

3)      My tax preparation service is in the maturity stage of the product life cycle due to taxes being a government mandated requirement.  Most consumers are aware of the different businesses that offer the service and there is not much loyalty. The key is focusing on establishing brand loyalty and getting return customers, year after year.

4)         A.  Dell has the largest market share at 18.60%

a.       HP and Dell share the largest market share at 34.2%

b.      IBM has 2.5% larger share than Apple.

c.       If they were 100 other markets then their individual market share would be .527%.

a)  The number of dog-owning households in my community is equal to the number of households (80,000/ 2.67 people per household ) X .361 = 10,816.48 dog-owning households. 

b) The number of dogs in the community is 1.6 X 10,816.48 = 17,306.37
